1. Board Professional Growth
· Trustees have committed to engaging in professional growth.
· Trustees have begun a book study of, “Leadership for Student Learning: The School Board’s Role in Creating School Districts Where All Students Succeed”.
2. Reschedule of March 27 Board Meeting
· The March 27 regularly scheduled Board meeting, which falls during the spring break, has been moved to April 3 at 8:00 am.
3. Budget Deliberations
· Trustees are reviewing feedback on the proposed 2012-2013 budget from the various meetings.
· The final budget will be passed at the March 13 Board Meeting.
