MECY has released a new Pandemic planning update (for November) for school divisions and their communities. Information bulletins such as these will be sent on a regular basis to update school divisions on H1N1 flu in Manitoba.

You may have heard your friends, parents, teachers and people on TV talking about lotsof people getting sick from a new kind of flu virus.The new kind of flu is called the H1N1 flu virus. It is a flu that causes symptoms like thoseof the regular flu. While this kind of flu is new, it is very much like the regular flu thatcomes around every winter.
