The Garden Valley School Division Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Ashly Dyck to the position of Principal of Pine Ridge Elementary School effective September 2023.
She has served as Principal of Pine Ridge on an interim basis since 2021 and was Vice-Principal at the school from 2019-2021. Ms. Dyck brings many years of success and experience to the position and is currently in her 20th year with GVSD. Prior to working within Garden Valley, Ms. Dyck taught for Winnipeg School Division, Peguis First Nation Education Authority and Frontier School Division.
As an educational leader, Ms. Dyck believes in creating conditions where students learn together by caring, collaborating and being curious.
