At the 59th annual convention of the Manitoba School Board Association (MSBA), Leah Klassen, Chair of the GVSD Board of Trustees, was elected Vice President of MSBA representing divisions with less than 6,000 students.
In addition to serving as a GVSD trustee for 12 years, Leah has also been actively serving the MSBA as Region 2 Director and as MSBA Provincial Bargaining Advisory Group as alternate co-chair for boards <6000 for the Provincial Bargaining Table Team.
