Sod Turning Planned for Pine Ridge Elementary
Garden Valley School Division is planning to host a sod turning event for the new Pine Ridge Elementary School. The ground breaking event will take place at the construction site on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 1:30 pm.
New School Update - Dec. 7, 2017
The planning of the new K-8 School in Winkler is on schedule. Project drawings will be complete by December 31st. Tender is slated for January, and construction to begin in February.
Name of New School Announced
The name of the new GVSD school has now been released. After receiving over 100 entries in the recent 'Name the New School' contest, the Board of Trustees have selected Pine Ridge Elementary School as the winning submission.
New School Site Work Nov. 13-17
Garden Valley School Division would like to indicate that, as part of the design development process for the new school, the community can expect to see some "site activity" next week (November 13-17).
