
Students at Emerado Centennial School celebrated I Love to Read Month in multiple ways including a multicultural dress-up day where students proudly showcased their heritage through clothing and literature. From a Swedish-inspired outfit to a Filipino jacket with symbolic stars, students embraced diversity while learning about different cultures. Locally rooted traditions, like Mennonite and Métis heritage, were also represented. The event encouraged students to celebrate their identities and appreciate others, making it a meaningful conclusion to a month filled with reading and cultural exploration.
