Garden Valley School Division is pleased to announce the appointments of Donovan Giesbrecht as Principal of Northlands Parkway Collegiate and Charlie Siler as Vice-Principal.
Donovan brings 18 years of experience in education, with a strong foundation in leadership. He has served as a teacher at Garden Valley Collegiate and now leads as Principal at Border Valley School. Donovan believes that schools play a vital role in building connections within the community and has dedicated his career to creating environments that support the success of students, staff, and families.
Charlie has 24 years of experience in education. He has served as a teacher and guidance counsellor for Frontier School Division and Garden Valley School Division (Garden Valley Collegiate and Northlands Parkway Collegiate). Charlie currently works at NPC as a guidance counsellor. Charlie is passionate about the role of educators in fostering a diverse and dynamic school community, ensuring that every student feels supported and empowered to succeed.
